Terms of Service for Ledgeriox

1. Overview

Welcome to Ledgeriox, a provider of cloud bookkeeping and payroll management services. By using our platform, you agree to these terms.

2. Services

Ledgeriox provides online bookkeeping and payroll management services via a secure cloud interface. Services are delivered based on the plan selected at purchase.

3. Info Products

Ledgeriox offers digital materials including guides, templates, and training modules related to bookkeeping and payroll workflows. Access is granted upon purchase.

4. Goods

Ledgeriox may sell physical items such as printed guides and branded office supplies. Shipment is subject to handling and shipping fees as outlined at checkout.

5. Pricing and Billing

All fees are due as stated at checkout or in invoices. Payment must be made by the methods offered on our site. Failure to pay may result in suspension of access.

6. Refund Policy

6.1 Services

Clients may cancel service subscriptions up to seven days before the next billing cycle to receive a full refund of pre paid fees. Cancellations made less than seven days in advance are not eligible for a refund, but may be rescheduled within thirty days at no extra fee. Requests must be submitted through the contact form.

6.2 Info Products

Purchases of digital materials may be refunded within fourteen days of purchase if no download or access has been initiated. Once access is granted or materials are downloaded, no refund is available.

6.3 Goods

Physical items may be sent back for a refund within thirty days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. A handling fee of 15% will be deducted from the refund amount. Send requests via the contact form. Customers are responsible for shipment costs.

7. Service Rescheduling

9. Amendments
